Dear Intended Couple

Thank you for your interest with regards to holding your wedding here at Archie’s Restaurant, Sandiacre.

You are more than welcome to come and have a look around at your leisure. Once you have both decided to take things a step further, then why not give us a call and talk to either myself Lloyd Pearson or my Executive Head Chef Ian Matthews or any one of my colleagues here at Archie’s on  0115 949 9324.

Situated in the small village of Sandiacre nr Derby, is Archie’s Restaurant, which offers the ideal location with private balcony and terrace for the smaller wedding party, business lunch or private function and with excellent access from the local area, whilst being away from the hustle and bustle of town. This unique 200-year-old barn conversion has been tastefully transformed into our take on the Modern British Bistro… offering you contemporary dishes, informal service and interesting wines and beers, in a relaxing and friendly environment. All our food is cooked to order, by our award winning team using the freshest, finest ingredients.

We aim to cater for all budgets, for the daytime we have a range of menus to create your own wedding package. Evenings are further enhanced by our selection of buffets, from Archie’s Buffet choices.

And be assured our team are always at hand to offer their help and advice with any part of your package from wedding cakes, personalised menus and drinks to make your day extra special.


Making a Booking.

You are welcome to place a provisional booking for the date agreed and this booking will be held for two weeks. It is important that you keep us informed of the progress of the booking.

Deposit

To confirm your booking a deposit payment of £500.00 is required.

Contract

Following the deposit payment a contract will be issued. Two copies will be forwarded to you and we require one to be signed and returned to us as your agreement to the arrangements in place.

Co-ordination

We will contact you six weeks prior to your wedding to organise a meeting. During this meeting all areas of your function will be covered. This meeting normally takes one to one and half hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to this should you have any questions.

Final Payment

Based on the final details provided during our co-ordination meeting we will forward you the account. This is to be settled two weeks prior to the function.

Decorations

We have no direct limitations on how you wish to decorate the room and table menus will be provided.

Confetti

Unfortunately confetti is not allowed within the grounds of Archie’s.

Entertainment

Please feel free to organise your own entertainment, band, DJ etc., however be mindful of each act having a current public liability insurance.
